1. Kenwilboy FX Service Terms
These Service Terms are an agreement between the user (“You” or “Your”) and Kenwilboy FX (“We”) regarding the use of services on the website https://kenwilboyfx.com, as well as all products, features, services, and content available on the Website and related to the Website.

To avoid doubt, Access Rights do not make you a holder or owner of any video content available on the website, and therefore DO NOT GRANT rights to download, store, make copies, share, re-upload, or disseminate in any way and any media whatsoever (e.g., photographing or recording part of the content portal and sharing it through social media).
You are the only party who can use the Access Right, and therefore the Access Right cannot be used, loaned, shared, rented, or transferred to anyone else.

6. Violation of Service Terms
If we later find that you have violated these Service Terms, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to revoke your Access Right, either temporarily or permanently.
The revocation of the Access Right Membership as a result of a violation of these Service Terms does not give you the right to request a refund of registration fees or any claims due to the revocation of the Access Right.
The revocation of the Access Right does not limit or reduce our right to take every step and all necessary legal actions to enforce our rights.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
You acknowledge and agree that the website and all content therein, including but not limited to names, logos, program codes, designs, trademarks, technologies, databases, processes, and business models, are protected by copyright, trademarks, patents, moral rights, economic rights, and other intellectual property rights held and owned by Us. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Service Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. You agree that any and all claims that may arise in connection with these Service Terms (“Dispute”) will be attempted to be resolved amicably within 60 (sixty) days from the time you notify us. If it cannot be resolved within that period, you agree that the Dispute will be resolved through the South Jakarta Court, provided that this does not limit our right to initiate legal action or legal proceedings over the Dispute before any other domestic court, as we may determine at our discretion.
